I wonder if Minelab is going the A/T pro route with the head phones. Sell them standard with land phones and offer the water phones as an option. I know with the CTX-3030 wireless setup you can use your own set of phones, I just wonder what will be standard and optional?

I thinke the left picture shows the setup for plugging in regular headphones and the right setup is where you would plug in the waterproof headphones with waterproof connector.

I don't think waterproof headphones are an issue for most water hunters, or at least the ones I know with water machines don't seem to ever get their headphones wet. Too hard to hunt neck deep when the waves are that bad for them any how. When the waves are an issue that tend to only go about waste deep at the most to avoid being smacked in the face by waves while trying to concentrate on hearing for tones.
