IRON BIAS ON CANADIAN COINS

Hi all, just wondering what setting that you guys are using here in Canada for clad. I noticed that loonie with a f2 setting make loonie and quarters disappear. In f2 bias at 2, they show -6 to 14. All metal mode is what I use.

I’m not an expert.
If your iron bias is to high it will null out iron. Those number up to -1 are in the iron range so they may be blocked out by the iron bias.
So I’d try lowering the iron bias.also the higher it is the less depth you will have also..
The experts will be answering soon.

Our coinage is terrible here, The number on the screen jump all over the place. I try and hunt the top coupe of inches. Anything more then that and our coinage is a pile of rust. Its sometimes very difficult to tell form a piece of rusty iron and our coins.
