Is it possible to edit a name using only the ctx 3030

I would like to rename my mode 6. Is it possible to do that without using the xchange2.

Keeping in mind that I'm relatively new I don't think you can. I don't use the computer and I tried to change the names but could not figure it out.

However there are some really smart ctx users here so you will have your answer shortly.

I think you are right, I can't find anything about it. You would think you should be able to.

According to a side-bar note on page 33 of the instruction manual: "Modes can be renamed
using the XChange 2 application
." It's so much easier to do that stuff in the XChange2 program, I never tried it any other way.
