And today I managed to harvest 81 cents in a field that just had the beans combined! Using my dynamic duo (ETRAC with the Joey and X-TERRA 705 with the 6-inch DD) I recovered an 1853 Seated Dime, 1889 Seated Dime, 1892 Barber Quarter, 1868 Shield Nickel, 18?? Shield Nickel, 1883 V Nickel (with cents), 1901 V Nickel, 1902 V Nickel, 1906 V Nickel, 1880 IH cent, 1887 IH cent, 1890 IH cent, 1893 IH cent, and two 1911 Wheat cents. As usual, the nickels are red and the pennies are corroded. The 1889 Seated Dime and the 1892 Barber quarter look like most of the silver does when it comes out of the ground around here. The 1853 Seated dime was tarnished when it came out of the ground. But a "quick fix" with the aluminum foil cleaned it right up. HH Randy
