Jan 16-I found me a beauty in the woods today

My brother called this morning and had scoped out another patch of woods and we both went there and I'm glad we did. The ring was under probably 6 inches of snow and a couple inches of dirt on a hillside. It VDI'd high (class rings usually do) but it sounded like an ideal coin sized target so I went for it and am glad I did. The wheat was about 4 inches in the dirt and read just like a wheat usually does on my machine. My brother found several coins and they were all newer except for a nice 1888 Indian.

What gold two days in a row!!! You're making me sick. Way to go.

Some one will need to tie you to a tree, so your Brother can catch up.
A gold watch and a gold ring, get the rope, lol.
That's a good looking Wheatie, you should see what some of our soil does to the Wheaties and Indian heads and V nickels...
Does the ring had a name on it ??
