just a hose clamp.....or is it?

Got out sunday after repairing the hot water tank and dug up this looked to be hose clamp.I almost disgarded it when i cleaned out my finds pouch.The markings on the side and the front of ring resemble a hose clamp but lt turned out to be my first ring of the year.Very heavy and looks to be old.I told my girlfriend it was a super hero ring fom long ago and if i find hers next maybe we could match them together and help this confused world.Any ideas on how old or what superhero it is from would be appreciated.Thanks charlie

Looks like silver to me. Nice find and nice save! Maybe the stone was kryptonite lol.
