Just got a new rumbler for cleaning wow!

You won’t be disappointed top notch tumbler which one did you order?
Mark
Harbor freight is definitely low grade. Motor crapped out in no time. Fan blades made of plastic. I replaced it with a Lortone motor from a case that the holes wore out.
Eventually everything wears out if you run it long enough. Stainless should hold up very well.

Rick you will really like it I have no regrets on this one I tumbled $61.00 worth of clad in a few hours came out like new no belts to slip on these
I highly recommend and they were on sale I have the 4.5lb barrel one it was free ship and $137.00
Mark
yes they are not cheap, but looks like it will do the job and not leak like my 5 # one does, I also have a 25 pound one I use to wash the bigger amount of coins plus a big vibrating tumbler I use for my nice pennies like the wheaties as it not rough on the coins. I ordered the 6# tumbler and it was $248 I believe and maybe seeing it in a week or so. waiting to try it out on some stuff I haven't had time to do , then with a little luck I will be able get out in the spring to find more.

Good find Mark. My wife just bought that highland park 4.5 pounder for me for a Christmas present! I have not had much luck with tumblers as I think I bought cheaper ones in the past and they always broke down on me.
The past few years I have just been scrubbing and screening my clad by hand with aquarium rocks and detergent which is quite a bit of work.
Hope this one does the trick as it looks good.
I did have Rick(ND) clean my clad years ago and he found a couple silvers in my clad.

Dave, you won’t be disappointed that’s the same one I got I really can’t believe for the money how well they’re made they should cost a lot more. They don’t leak. The speed is adjustable on their gear driven no belts. get them while they’re on sale now.

Looking at that tumbler I'm not seeing the inside of the barrel.
Does it have ribs for better agitation ?
Like ridges that Flip the materials.
Yes here are some pics you guys will like these built to last each one even has a serial number!
