Large Cent + 2 Silvers!

Found my oldest coin ever! 1849 Large Cent 10 inches deep! Found my first ever mercury dime and war nickle too! Super cool Durham Tobacco token from 1850 an old dog tag and old local store token. The large cent has a partial hole in one side. My dad found his oldest coin today as well, 1881 Indian head penny. We found a lot of clad and some old wheats too. Unbelievable day! My hands were literally shaking when I found the large cent. This was another house permission, built in 1860. I was hunting another property the other day when a neighbor (Jerry) approached me to talk about detecting. Turns out, Jerry knew the owner of a few old properties that were close by. He called his buddy and vouched for me and the owner gave us permission to hunt today. So, I owe this fantastic day to Jerry! Your a great man Jerry and that you so much for helping my dad and I make some great memories.
