Large cent, military button and a big unknown coin/token.

Greetings guys,

I went back to a field where I found an old key recently. It was tough digging... as I had my big coil on there, and the recently cleared land had blueberry plants, or something. (imagine a sturdy vertical twig obstructing your swing path... everywhere!)

I found this standard issue button, probably 30's or 40's.

Also, an old Vicky. 1893 Queen Victoria Canadian penny.

But this one, this one has me baffled. :stars: There is potential for colonial relics in the area. It rang up as a solid 12-46 on the Etrac at 7-8 inches down. It's holed. but I do see a rim and some letters. There is a cannon? or a pillar there. One side is completely toasted...

I am out of peroxide at the moment. I will give it a soak tomorrow and repost a cleaner picture.

Happy hunting!
