The dog rabies tag is from 1953. The Merc is 1945-D, 1900 Indian and 10 wheats three of them are 1910. I also found around $3 in clad and lot of rusty IRON.

pretty sweet finds

I think the crusty disc at the bottom of the first photo is a steel cent it was in the hole with a 45 wheat. Any suggestions on cleaning it.

was there another coin in the hole with the 1900 indian because from the back of the coin you can tell there was another coin against it preventing it from turning green too. GREAT finds

Thanks for showing us the cools finds! Congratulations and good job on the pictures too!

Nice finds! You'll get better at telling what is rusty iron with practice--things like the garbled/slurring tones versus a nice clean warbled tone; the target cursor wanting to stay in the bottom right corner in a wide open Quick Mask screen; and low tones using 2-tone Ferrous just to name a few. Of course, the possibility exists that the iron is also completely masking a good target too. I think that's part of the fun of learing a new machine. Thanks for posting.

WTG! Dirt over my way is like concrete. lol
