Last few hunts.................

The first photo is finds from a hunt yesterday at an old school playground/ballfield...............the second photo contains finds from three previous hunts with the Sterling Silver Lenox College necklace charm (Lenox College was founded in 1856 and ceased to exist sometime in the early 1900's)........the other interesting find was the EVEREADY Amperes gauge (research on the net revealed it was used to test radio batteries in the teens and twenties).

PS: I better give some credit to Mrs. Hawkeye for finding one of the Mercury Dimes and the little gold ring that says "BABY" on it!!!

Cool finds Jim. This is going to sound strange, but there isn't someone's picture on the watch case is there??? I blew it up and looked like someone was looking back at me. Great bunch of finds. I wish my wife and I had more time to hunt together and increase the neat stuff to be found.

Hey Neb, I believe it's actually the top to a compact........but I do sort of see where you're coming from. As for time to hunt with your wife.......our two boys are all grown up, married with kids of their own, so that frees up some time for me and the Mrs.

Yeah, our kids are 6, 4, 2 so it may be awhild. Thank goodness she lets me go from time to time.
