The books are Tour Guide to Old Western Forts by Hart and Encyclopedia of Historic Forts by Roberts.

Before I spend $50 bucks or more on these books, I would like to know if anyone has either of these and can tell me how good they are. IE do they more than sketchy information that is typically found on wikis? I do have interest at the moment in a specific location I have not been able to find much on. Thanks.
