looks heavy like my standby

Think I will stick with the safari maybe e trac cant see much diffrence in this on other than price.I find unreal finds very deep with mine and love it but I will never know its to much for me

Having read the specks on the CTX I found the weight to be just slightly heavier then the E-Trac. It appears the weight is under the arm rest in the battery area. I know the E-trac is just a little heavy for my back, So it makes me wander about the CTX. I guess I'd have to try one to tell for sure. Rick IL.
 
Yes!......However the battery box have a tendency to make contact with ones backside is swinging to wide.
 
Can't tell for sure from the picture, but is the shaft perforated [to make it lighter], or is that some design on it? If it is perforated, I'll bet you that detector will be whistling up a storm on a windy day!
