Looks like a strange Indian Summer this year!

Had a couple hrs. free time today so decided to go back to that hyper pounded park where i found the arrow head and Indian a few days ago.
After digging up junk upon junk any iffy signal was far game now. To say this ID was iffy is an understatement. Only thing was it was a no ryme or reason bouncy 2way conductive with no ferrous grunts so decided to dig. Dug up this Indian at about 5 inches with a strange date. No other keepers.

First two numbers are a clear 18 but the 3rd number is unreadable and the last 4th number seems out of place which could be the result of worn numbers.
My best guess is 1886 but don't know for sure. Need to put it under a microscope i guess.

Hows it goin! Still using the Deus?
No, last time i detected OP was mid last Summer with Craig. Craig managed a silver Washington and an Indian that day as i remember.
I did manage to find a worn SLQ, couple mercs and a few wheats earlier there last Spring/Summer.
Got skunked there a couple times in a row since so decided to give that park a rest for a while. I got enough silver out of that park including 4 Barber Quarters, Barber half, dozens of Barber dimes/mercs, 7 later silver Quarters, around a dozen Indians and 3 silver rings. A real honey hole there for a while. Towards the end, most of the coins i found there were deep, real deep, some around or over 12 inches deep.
I'll leave the rest for you guys!

Yeah any remaining oldies there are gonna be super iffy; deep, on edge or masked with all those corroded nails. For kicks, I might try bringing my ATPro out there sometime and see what happens. NaaH!!
