Could anyone tell me if I was traveling down a highway if the Lowrance Ifinder pro could tell me how fast I was traveling and the distance traveled.? Also could it tell me where to turn ect.

iFinder will tell you the distance but it will not automatically select a route for you. You can set the route manually and than, the receiver will allarm you at every turn point.
