Magellan 310 GPS Info?

I have a Magellan 310 GPS that I bought a couple of years ago. Needless to say, it lacks a fair amount of abilities, etc. Is it still any good, or do I need to unload it and find a newer/better unit, and If so, which one? I'm trying to keep it under $200-300.

Only you can answer this question for yourself.
If your 310 still works and . shows and records positions as it supposed to do, what else do you want from a GPS receiver? I mean, bells and whistles are sometimes nice but waste of money if you are not going to use them so; what is it that you need the receiver to do for you?

I guess that realy is the bottom line, isn't it? I need for it to tell me where I am, where I need to go, and how to get back to wherever I need to be. Are there maps that can be used with it, or does it pre-date that? And where can I find the usb cable that went to it?
