Managed A Few Finds

Nice hunt Mike!! I never found two IH’s stuck together. Too bad about the corrosion on them. Hopefully this coming weekend will be better weather for you.

Yea it was a first for myself.... I just wonder if I had taken my wooden skewer if that would have scraped off at that moment as by the time I got home it had dried.... What do other people do in those kind of situations?

Maybe putting them in a small bottle of water may have helped until you get home. I have seen others put single coins in to keep them wet.
 
Badly roached Indians and wheats, I lay them in a small dish and just barely cover them with apple cider vinegar and then put a pinch of salt on top of each coin and then check them every few minutes. This usually loosens up the gunk enough to gets dates and better detail. HH jim tn
