After getting an umber of requests for copies of the book or updating ti to incorporate the Safari, I finally got the time I needed and took on the project . . . it is getting wrapped up and should be at the printers in two weeks or so. It will be a larger format - 8.5"x11" - and have information picked up since the first one was published 5 years ago - wow, how time flies!.

I am working with Lost Treasure Magazine to see if an e-Book is an option. I know e-Books are all the rage but if not done right, the book becomes "bootlegged" everywhere. The software needed to produce and protect the file is a bit pricey which is why I am looking at working with the magazine who already has the process in place for other titles.

I will let all know if this option is available on the new book

As a newbie....i dont know the difference between the Quatrro and the Safari.... I have an opportunity to get the quatrro in excellent condition at $400... Sound reasonable? What is the difference in the two machines....?
Many thanks for the assist.

Andy, I'm a 5 year Quatro owner, and I couldn't begin to tell you how valuable your book on Quatro was and "still is" for me. I just re-read the entire book last weekend and still picked up a few "nuggets" as it were from what I've already studied many times. I'm not only sold out on Minelab in general, and the multi-frequency detectors, but you've "filled a void" if it were, in putting together an extremely concise, well rounded, and very user friendly book on the Quatro, that in my opinion is the "bible" of information for the Quatro. I'm a little bummed, that even Minelab, as far as I know, didn't address cross-saving, in their user manual, but you sure did in your book, and to me, that's a major "feature" that needed to be addressed.
Thank you, for all the years of service you've given of yourself to this wonderful hobby we all know and love. I really take my hat off to you for all you've done over the years. Sincerely, Marc Trainor.

I have mastering the quattro as well as the Treasure Hunter's handbook. Both are great, but I really like the handbook!

Mr. Sabisch...I've heard that you had a book coming out on the Safari.
I'd love to be among the first to purchase a copy. Where do I look for
it?
Thank You

Hoping to have it out shortly . . . . . have had issues with getting it printed to my specifications

Andy

That's great Andy...did it ever happen? I've been trying to find a copy for myself and my nephew to share, as we both use the Minelab Safari. I had e-mailed you via your site a month ago, but never received a reply. Said e-mail was also pertaining to buying a copy of your book. Thank you!

Great to hear! Congratulations, I know a lot of hard work went into this project. Thanks in advance.

When it comes out it will be on the website (www.sabischbooks.com) and since I will be sending copies to several forum members that provided input, I am sure you will see a post or two when then receive their copies.
