Met up with Guvner and Crowduck. Got 11 Silver...2 Injuns...a 1922 Dog License...and...

Bryce, maybe you could record the sounds on an audio tape or voice actuated recorder so we can hear the sweet sound of silver among iron... or you could produce a videotape and sell it... It sure would be enlightening. The emulator seems to be strictly one of a kind things without the ability to mentally discriminate between multiple sounds in close proximity.

attempting something like this.
I have been asked many times before...and it just wouldn't be feasable for others to hear what I hear. I wish I could help more....but the only way is to explain it because the sound really can't be duplicated.
Unless you have the exact same machine....the exact same settings....the exact same coil....the exact same ground conditions...the exact same moisture content...and are using the exact same headphones....you will not hear the tone or warble that I hear.
I just always try to explain the sound as best I can. Take care

The same luck... :D

Very nice finds indeed Bryce.:clapping: Looks like you are off to a great start on the silver this year. That old car is a nice find also buddy. Like I told Derrell.............. I got permission to hunt this old farm house that goes back to the late 1800's as soon as I get more strength back. Best of luck on your next outing. HH.

What a super day Bryce. That is sweet, pulling that much silver out of a worked over spot, congrats. Maybe next time I will be free and can tag along. Glad you guys had some fun too. HH

get the rest you need right now. The hunting can wait my friend.
When you are feeling better and get to hunt that site you got permission for...keep us posted on how you do.
Take care buddy

Bryce,

I've found a lot of stuff with my WOT in heavy trash. Seems to have a hot spot in the center that can see a good target in a pile of iron. Have to really overlap you swings. Let us know how it compares with the other coils you use.

Chris

You guys didn't have the old guy trying to back up over you and then cuss you out for being in his way... :D He needed an old fashioned spanking.. And speaking of old... I resemble that remark.. I could have hit him with my AARP card you know... :)

Hi Chris. That's what I first noticed about it. Although it took me quite a few minutes to get used to hearing more signals under the coil...it seemed to have a very nice sweet spot.
I have 5 or 6 parks to really give it a thorough testing at...and 2 or 3 of them are pretty much void of any signals less than 7" to 8".
Take care

Been on the road friend...and just saw your post. 11 silver in a day is crazy. Next time you come this direction... call me.
I would like to see the wot coil.

the cabin site with said WOT coil. No way right now though...unless YOU want to drag a mower over a mile through the woods.:surrender:
I wouldn't be able to get the coil anywhere near the ground...but I can dream though:)

Thanks Ex-sox. I really appreciate the kind words. I'm pretty lucky too...just ask Guvner and he will more than verify it. In fact he would probably say my finds are 10% skill and 90% luck. That's okay though...just so the finds end up in my pouch and not his:)
