Military Button and Quarter

Went to the Battery Park in Sandusky today. I have never hunted there before, but it has been pounded . Was able to dig the quarter the Military Button and 10 Wheats. Anyone one know anything about this button?

Pulling a cool button and a silver quarter at a hunted out park is top notch detecting! Congratulations and thanks for the pictures. Can't help with the button ID...sorry.

Looks to be a world war 1 collar disc - 30th infantry, company F - cool find!
 
wow...i havent seen that button before..my partner and i have at least 50 by now..some with eagle on tham and other stuff but not that...that is so cool....let us know what you find out....ginger
