Mobil phone use

The manual states under Sensitivity section, that a Mobil phone can interfere with the Deus and the sensitivity setting.Has anyone had a problem with this?

I haven't noticed it, but I don't know what I don't know. If you know what I mean.

I've been using the Deus for about a year and a half. Your cell phone will create some interference. I normally either shut mine off or leave it in the car. You especially notice it when either someone is calling or it is checking for emails.

I never carry my cell when detecting... leave it in the car. NOTHING is more scared that my detecting time!!!

I have an Iphone. I don't get interference from it unless someone is either, texting me, calling me, or the phone searches out/switches towers. the latter will depend on what area im hunting, sometimes a little interference, sometimes often.

Never have had a problem I always carry mine. Some of the spots I hunt if you were to have a problem it is always nice to have a way to call some one if you need to.

When I frirst started detecting,I was told to either turn off the cell phone,or leave it in the car! Mine is always in the car while I'm out hunting.
