you're not alone.

I, too, got no where with them on an issue; spent 1/2 hour on the phone with them (Michael= OWNER) as they are US distributor and I had bought from defunct dealer. He steadfastly held his position and would not help.


As soon as I emailed France, same thing --immediate result.

Not sure why you have to beg Mass. to 'do the right thing', hope it's resolved for you with replacement unit.

what happens if the dealer goes out? Or drops the product line? Or sold NOS as current? or...(fill in the blank)

You go back to distributor/manufacturer.
Who, with proper purchase info/paperwork,is compelled/obligated to service ANY warranty situation, imho

Yup ecoast, we get so used to American service we often forget what can happen when we buy a foreign made machine. Won't stop me, I still love my Minelabs & XP, but makes you think.

I received a email last night stating it should be here either Monday or Tuesday. Keeping fingers crossed. I might as well stick it under the tree when it shows up and ill have something to look at Christmas morning :)
