More Silver and Indians!

Took the trip back up to my sister's this weekend. I found 3 firsts for me. A Barber Quarter, a Buffalo Nickel and a Shield Nickel. The Buffalo and Shield are still soaking.

Here's a preview of some of the stuff. The Indians were restless this weekend. I scored a Buffalo (as I just mentioned) and 5 Indian Head pennys. 3 are in need of a long bath.

1899 O Braber Quarter
1942 D Mercury Dime
1891 and 1903 Indian Head Pennys

I'm soaking the coins in olive oil for about 2 weeks.

Yes! She and my step-mother have been talking to one person after the other about allowing me to detect in their yards. I also have people next to the yards I'm detecting in telling me I can detect in their yards any time. It has snow balled.

I'm soaking about 60 Wheat pennies to clean them up after this past weekend. In the last 2 weekend, I think I've found over 100.

I was very happy to find an New Orleans mint marked coin in Pennsylvania!
