Mothers Day weekend brings silver

Hey all,

Just wanted to post a quick message on my hunt this weekend. Best things about the hunt:
  • Got out with my dad who has picked up a CTX and is starting to learn it
  • Was able to hunt my grandma's (moms side) home site, which was built in the 1930's
  • Spent the evening with my mom and grandma for Mother's Day :)
We hunted for about 4 hours and I pulled six wheats (oldest is 1928 ) and the Washington quarter. The quarter was the last signal of the day, as we were just heading back to the porch when it hit.

I was running a modified GH program and all of the signals were between 5 and 9 inches.

We went MDing but no Silver Finds except the Husband got a Silver Ring...I Thought It Was Mother's Day :confused:
