Musket hammer? & other find

While going through the can of "stuff" that I dug back in the early 80's,I came across these two items and thought I would post them on this forum for help. I would be out swinging my new detector, but am waiting for the snow to melt (again) and the weather here in Western Pa. to return to normal. Both items were found during hunts in Washington County PA - but that is about all I can remember. The iron object is an unusual shape which is probably why I kept it. The small diamond -shaped piece is lead and has what appears to be a swastika or similar design and may have been painted white.

Thanks for any help - hopefully I will be able to post some new "current" finds once th weather cooperates.

The diamond shaped item looks like a window glazing point. They use those to secure glass windows in wooden frame so the glazier can apply/spread window putty over them to secure the window in place without the window falling out.

The lead piece looks like it has natural patina on it. Lead will eventually get a layer of white crust after it has been in the ground for a very long time.

Oh I should have read the thread instead of depending on my old eyes, sorry for that. So it is lead then it is not a glazier point, I hope it is more like a good luck swastika charm.

I'll take a stab a the diamond shape object: old German Military Swastika Pin?
The other object, not a clue...but it's cool!

The diamond piece looks like it came off of a german nazi WWII Knife or bayonet. I have knife which is missing the that same piece.

I looked for a knife as you described and found this one. It has a VERY similar piece in it but I cannot tell if its made of lead. Fantax, How certain are you that it is lead? I agree that it definitely looks like lead so you're probably correct.

Thanks to all for the input - solving such mysteries passes the time as I look out the window at another coating of snow. I scraped the white coating on the back of the diamond shaped item and I am confident that it is lead or a lead alloy. A sidelit image attached shows a little more of the texture.
