OregonGregg said:If I did have an interest in the MX Sport and purchased one and had to send it back, well thats life sometimes. But it does kinda make futures sales a bit tougher. I went through the bad plastic coil problem with my original Racer. Sent several coils back, not a big deal as i had a new one a week later. Nokta/Makro like Whites will take care of their customers. What kinda got to me was the statements that Steve Howard from Whites said........It's better then the silly Frenchie thing ( XP Deus) and " Garrett might at least have enough competences to know you can't have wireless underwater" Well you have better make darn sure you have a very good machine if your gonna make those kinds of remarks. So Steve I ask, Does Whites have enough competence to get the software right ? Apparently not on the first try, maybe the second try will see better results?
In all fairness to Andy (kinda getting verbally whacked on a few threads), I think he possibly did have a good functioning machine. It seems to me they might have made a last second tweak. If so it should have been sent back out for testing before going into production. Its the same thing that they did with the MX5, machines tested good, then at the last second they added in one little diode then sent to production. Had they sent it back out to a few testers first, they would have realized that the one little change created a tone glitch. If Andy had tried the MX Sport that I tried, I think he would have realized quite soon that something was amiss.
However,at the end of the day the machines will be fixed and this will all come to pass. It just seems lately that Whites chooses the hard way to get to the "end of the day"
I really wish you'd quit whining and carrying on so much. It's getting irritating!!
