MXSport Weight?

Does anyone know the weight of the MXSport? I am very interested but need to stay as light as possible because of a bad back.

The spec sheet says 4 pounds.

One thing about White's Detectors they are well balanced regardless of Weight. I have had shoulder issue's and can swing My old XL-PRO all day long No problem where My Etrac weigh's on Me after an hour or two.

I used to think this "balance" thing was a bunch of hype from dedicated Whites users trying to justify their heavy machines.I switched to a MXT (4+ lbs) after using a few First Texas machines (-3lbs). I can tell you the Whites feels lighter and is more comfortable to swing.I can only imagine the capabilities of a new machine from a U.S. company that has figured out "balance".

If you ever swing a Nautilus on a S-ROD you will quickly find out how important balance of a Detector is!
