My E-trac died!!!

My buddies etrac did the same thing, Minelab replaced the touch board in it. works great now. He got his back in 2 weeks.

Yesterday I got my E-trac back from Minelab. They replaced the printed circuit board. Works great again.

Hiya Dan, glad you have your e trac back. I had the same problem with mine about 2 months ago. I sent it back to minelab who fitted a new pcb. I got it back and it worked great for about 2 weeks, then i got the same problem again. I sent it back to minelab who said the fault must be in the push buttons. I told them i didn't want it repaired again as it was a new detector, so they replaced the whole control box. Just a little heads up incase it happens to yours. Good hunting. Des

Man-o-man, I sure don't want to go through this ordeal again in a couple of weeks! Yeah, Des, I think I'd want another detector also.
