my first week with my xp deus :detecting:

heres my first week finds with my new xp deus
its a breeze to turn on & go & infinitely adjustable
& so light a joy to swing
she was preforming very well in my hot Arizona soil .
Passing every test I could through at it.
most of the spots i hunt have been pounded
temperatures were in the 100s so I only hunted for short hunts
park / river beach / ghost town / prospecting the deus was up for anything
i even took it swimming with the water setup, no problems..
the beaches here present new problems in the form of extreme ground minerals (black sand)
rusty bottle caps & lots of nails.
I ran the deus in deus fast & 3 reactivity & 3 on the silencer .
Bottle caps gone & the deus zipped through the nails.
I got a sweet mid range signal & at about 6 inches to my surprise up came in my scoop a 3.5 gram nugget … first 1 ive ever heard of coming off the river.
ive used & owned almost every detector built in the last 40 years & i can honestly say
Xp deus what a machine it rocks….


p.s ive had the deus out prospecting & it is up to the task.
