my impact wireless will not pair need help

i dont know what the problem is , i have asked for help on this forum and out of many many views only one person has taken the time to try and help
 
Same happens to me so I unpair them and then they work takes only a few seconds but I think it is when I charge them..Have had this problem from the start. I was a tester so I thought it is my problem
not the companies? Let me know if you need more info
 
So what have you tried while attempting to alleviate the problem ?

Checked the firmware revision ?
Turned on the wireless headphones in the Impacts settings ?
Correct wireless headphones ?
Batteries fully charged ?
Are you getting the fast and then slow blinking blue led ?
Impact audio volume turned up enough to hear ?

Give us something more to go on besides "my impact wireless will not pair".
