My last three hunts with Wes and Frank

GRAY GHOST

New member
Hey everybody! My last three hunts with Wes and Frank have been pretty cool. We all recovered a slew of relics. In the third pic center, is a cuff staff ring - and right beside it, the remains of what looks like a 10mm kepi button. The nailed indian cent is 186? but it's a fatty, being a cw date. At top is a corroded heavy pewter button, and even a piece of scabbard tip. In the second pic, a huge brass buckle, a maple leaf brooch, a piece of rosette, and an ornate flower button. In the first pic, there's a '98 indian, two spur size buckles, a brass "t" handle, and a huge horse rivet. And, don't forget, the pile of whatzits!

We've all had a lot of fun. Wes has been a gracious host. Thanks for looking, and good luck!

Congratulations. You have a nice assortment there. Gotta love diggin relics.

Hey, it has been a blast and I look forward to many more hunts with you and Frank. It is hard to find people to hunt with these days and I am glad that we got the chance to meet and share sites. I'm sure there will be many more sites to work and more relics to be found by all. Thank you for taking me along to some of your sites also. Since I have trouble posting here :veryangry: please visit wedigdixie to see my finds from the same three hunts. Thanks again Lou!

Wes
