My unit is 99%complete details.

I started with a 6038.36 Ikelite housing from one of the auction sites.

I filled in all of the holes on the cover and box.

I had a black front cover made at a trophy shop.

Layed out control locations on front panel.

Had front panel engraved.

Glued front panel to housing and mounted controls.

mounted sub panel to main unit.

Added PCB rails and wired unit with conventional wire....and there was to much noise.

Rewired unit with surplus mil spec single conductor shielded wire to take care of the noise problem.

Added Ikelite coil, headphone/ charger connectors. Battery is charged through the headphone connector.

Added meter cal. pot

WOW!:clapping: That one top notch unit! Great job. How much to build me one ;)
