I was trying to learn more about what you can do while looking at the forum and clicked on SWITCH TO THREADED VIEW and don't see a way to get back where I had been. Can someone help me?

Try clicking on Switch to flat view.
 
I don't see a flat view option. I still have the box that says SWITCH TO THREADED VIEW but not one that says SWITCH TO FLAT VIEW to allow me to go back. Seems like whichever view your using, the opposite view box would be there to go back and forth.

That did it. When I clicked LOG OUT it went to the view of the message index that I'm use to seeing. I appreciate the help. I sorta shot myself in the foot on that one.
