(New) 18” DeepTech Coil coming soon!

DeepTech Metal Detectors
18” Deep Seeking coil.
(Coming Soon)

We will be putting this Giant through its true first tests over the coming weeks, I’m just glad the ground has softened :0)

So super fast recovery speed along with the extra depth will make this an asset for the upcoming months with maybe the softer soils.

Will post more details soon and keep you updated.

Good morning, guys :)
Thank you very much to Aaron Cooper and UK guys, who tested during last month the new 18 inch coil for #VistaGOLD, #VistaGOLDGAIN, #VistaSMART and #VistaSMARTPLUS :) They are many years #Vista users, work with different coils, so we have full confidence in these tests.
As said in UK Facebook group is impossible for such a short period of time these coils to be developed for all Vista models.
But - yesterday, after some improvement and many tests we received cardblanch from our testers to start production :)
The first dispatch from these coils will be to UK - to LP Metal Detecting. Next week we will send them. Everyone who is interested can contact with them.
Happy hunting !

Very deep coil, was detecting on a pasture site where I couldn’t get the coil flat to the surface but was still finding small stuff over the length of the probe...

Ziggy,
Would there be any chance for a small concentric for the really trashy iron areas? I own a VGG and Smart plus and would be all over concentric coils

Nice...I'm scared to use the 14" epic coil as the bulldog is already so Deep!

Can the 18" coil work in very mineralized ? With that large of a coil, you are seeing a lot of ground. My Epic coil works fine in my area. Any depth test reports on the 18" yet. Thanks, Mark

No actual depth tests made as such yet, I found a Crotal Bell last week at 10 inches with a good signal that I measured with the probe before removing, also in Holland at the Detector show it was able to pick up Minelabs deepest buried item if I recall what was 15 inches deep, as for mineralised ground I don’t think its been tested for this due to its designed to find large items on normal soils so to say, I’m sure it can handle finding large stuff in highly mineralised soils but at the moment I don’t have the sites that are mineralised enough to test, hopefully some users will post there findings on the matter when more get the coils in their hands.

My vote is also for the Concentric coil option. Other overseas manufacturers (Turkey, ect) have now offered the concentric coil and it has been a game changer. Less audible falsing on iron. Overall more truer audible info versus the DD coil. 7" round coil is an all around good size. Thanks
