new armlock rest problem

anyone else's keep popping up? Mine popped up about 5 times today and keeps doing it everytime I am out. Any fixes? This is the new 2016 arm rest.
 
Just updating this...

Minelab is taking care of the issue. They are sending me a new arm cuff no questions asked. They are making this as painless as possible...good customer service!
 
That is good to hear. I guess no one else was experiencing that issue.
