New Etrac Owner

Well after a bunch of trying other machines and trading and selling those machines I finally ended up with a new Etrac! Just came today and will be reading the manual and start the learning process. I will be going thru past posts for info. I hope I can figure this thing out! Hope to be able to post some good finds in the future.

Congratulations on your new E-Trac! You're going to like it.:thumbup: It is the deepest, most stable machine I've used so far--a real pleasure to hunt with.

I have only had my Etrac a couple of weeks and I am amazed with it everytime that I swing it over a coin. I don't think you could find another high performance detector that would be as easy to become familiar with. I have a long way to go before I master it, but learning the settings and what they do has been relatively simple. Understanding everything that the Etrac is trying to tell me will take a while longer.
