I am hunting a site with the ORXand the 9 inch x35 coil, and wanted to get a setting that hits hard and deep on silver so i started with COIN DEEP and droped the KHZ down to 3.7- and dropped the sweep speed to 1 and left the disc at 7 and set the gain to 86, and took it to the park today, found a silver plated brass ring ,and it went off on that like a bomb. also found some deep aluminum cans 14" inches deep that sounded like they where 6" inches deep . but what i like to is i can tell iron very well , and its hitting hard on the high conductors. I also set up Gold 1 for silver on that program i used 8.4 khz 90 gain. 2 on the recovery speed and 3 IAR and it was hitting harder and cleaner than the 3.7 for some reason , but on the coin deep the 3.7 hit deeper have yet to use it in the field . maybe some of you ORXers can try it and report back , see what you think
