new search coil help

Ok im looking to upgrade my coil over the winter months if they ever come. I need a little advice. Im wanting something to get a little more depth not sure if I should get an excellerator coil or what else is good out there. What size is a good size as well. Or is the stock coil good enough. Thanks in advance!

The stock coil is the best coil you can have on the machine while getting familiar with the E-Trac. When you find a target play with the sensitivity, tone numbers and sounds. The Pro-Coil is amazing at depth and seperation of targets in trash. If anything you want to first look at a small coil for trashy areas. Be sure to read Bryce Brown's detailed field tests on the most popular coil for Minelab machines. Those will be found on the Explorer forum at the top of the first page. Learn that E-Trac with the Pro-Coil on and you will know about the areas you hunt and soil make-up then decide for yourself what you need for the places you hunt most. HH :minelab:
