New V3i coming!!!!!!

to my house. It should be here by the 13th. I still want to get a ML and a Whites water detector but am unsure which water detector to get. I do not live near any oceans, just lakes.

It is hard to beat the BHID for fresh water hunting.

I have the BHID and am in the same situation as you. I live in Illinois no where near salt water. On a water detector service is important and Whites service cannot be beat. Besides on the occasional visit to a salt water beach you are set.

I live in Illinois as well and vacation alot by the oceans so i bought an excal 2 and will only use my BHID for fresh water. The BHID has a 12 inch coil so it covers alot of ground and i am very comfortable using it. I have the v3i for land and the BHID and Excal for the water. I am done for now but would like to get another land unit like the mxt. Get the straight shafts you will not be dissappointed.HH

I also have one coming next week! After years of using the DFX, the new V3I is hard to resist when you hear all the stories of previously searched grounds giving new finds.
