Nighttime on the Border

I went camping along the Idaho-Nevada border for a few days this week. Last night was perfectly clear so I thought I'd practice my night photography. I took quite a few shots, but liked this one the best. It's not really that hard, but not being able to see the camera controls makes its seem like it is.

Very impressive. Not just the picture but camping as well. We're waiting for the warmer weather here before going camping. Our camping and your camping are much different though....I would bet on it.

You might be right, Nancy. I'm usually in a tent, but I do have a small tow behind RV, also. It's still a little cold at night's here, but not too bad. Our water bottles did freeze overnight though. I think it was in the high 20s.

Yes, a LOT different. That's a bit too cold for us.

Wiggy's sleeping bags!! Best product for cold weather camping. I lived in Alaska for 10 years so I've had some experience with sleeping in low temperatures. Much nicer when you can sit outside in the camp chairs and fire up the grill though.
