I kindly suggested it would be nice if Joan would go out tomorrow and shovel some of the snow in the yard soes I could detect more easily. Boy it sure is cold out here in my new camper topped truck.

I'm near the beach (15 min from the ocean, but on an inland waterway), and we're in the middle of a blizzard!!! Lost power, and also water, since we're on a well, yesterday, and it just came back on a few hours ago. Accumulation here (lower Delaware) is probably less than a foot, but the wind is 30+ and gusting to 40, so lots of drifting, and sleet mixed in with the snow. It's really miserable out there. Thankful we're in here,; warm and dry.

Hey Mike, we only got around 3 or 4 inches here. Some areas got more or less. That is probably only snow flurries to you isn't it? They could use your help here in plowing the snow. Some just don't know how to do it right.

Yep, women are gabby....most of them anyway and have plenty to say where men, like my brother Larry was, to get them to talk and say something, even on the telephone, is like pulling teeth....one at a time....slowly! We ladies can act dumb and helpless when we want to, just to get our way along with crying....most husbands or boyfriends cannot stand to see or hear a woman crying! So, you see we can be strong and also weak depending on the cirumstances! Believe it or not but I used to be so bashful that I wouldn't hardly talk to anyone and they thought I was snobbish even when I graduated and came to the city! Wasn't true. but the way I was raised by a very strict and unloving father (who I know loved me but never told me or acted like it) caused me to be very afraid of those who I truly did not know until knowing them made us friends!
