Boy you're not the only one. It is on it's way home supposedly with another new coil (the replacement that they sent me was also defective), new battery box, and new board. To me that sounds like I kept the old stem and everything else is new. They said that the performance is drastically improved. That tells me it has had a problem since day one. No more big box store for me. I went with them because they could match a super low Ebay price and thought I would be safer with them. I found out that there is no service after the sale and that they will do very little to help you. I still might have time to use it now before the snow flys.
