November 26th finds from the woods

Recently I've been hunting a patch of woods in a neighboring town, it's been a great place for the goodies for the past couple of years. I normally hunt parks, ballparks and schoolyards but the ground is too hard to dig there right now but for the past several winters I've been hunting in the woods cause they never freeze really solid like sodded soil does.
I called my brother tuesday morning to let him know that I was headed for the woods so he came along and we had a great time.

Very nice !

You got some nice finds. I liked your movie. Maybe I need to go to the woods . I might get lucky... KEN

Your video is great......I really loved that ring.......it appears to be quite old judging by the design. I wish the woods around here were like yours......ours are filled with underbrush and greenbriars to the point that it is almost impossible to navigate through them or even get a coil close to the ground!

Great job on the finds and thanks for the vid!!!

Thanks for all the great replies everyone  I'll post my video before the one that I posted at the beginning of this thread, the last couple hunts on it are in the same woods that I found the buffalo in, it's been a really great woods. Between my brother and I we've made many good finds in this woods.

In the summer, the woods dont get hard like lawns, but you have to deal with the growth .

I plan on hitting the woods today. Its going to be cold but sunny. Ill head to the bottom of a valley and work slowly .

I'll tell you, you will find some really strange things in the woods. Last year found an old wind up alarm clock about 2-3 inches down, how it got there?????

What's the strangest thing you ever found.
