focused on what they are doing and keeping position on the lead that he probably didn't know what hit him.

I think it was Dean Martins son that was killed in the service, Blue Angles or one of those outfits. It seems his lead flew into the ground and he just followed, holding his position. I might have the wrong guy but it sure happens. Sad
