NOX 800 Water Issue

My 800 finally had an issue with water some how getting inside. Shipped it out Last Friday afternoon they received it Monday at 11:32am and looked at unit and Determined that it had to be replaced. Shipped it back Tuesday afternoon to me and I just received the new controller/head unit.

Talk about fast service!!!!! I give Minelab AAA++++. I will be a Minelab guy for life!!! I can’t thank the whole Minelab team enough!!!!

Thanks Felix! Yea I was surprised.... I used it all last year and had a great year!!! Was really surprised when it happen.... We hit 5 spots and when getting to the last spot I reached in the back of the truck and the detector was on. I know I turned it off. So I turned it off and loaded up and went to the water. Turned it on and within about 20 seconds it turned off. Did this a few times then came the FP screen. Plus I seen the moisture on the inside and knew it wasn't good.

But I've been a minelab user almost 20 years.... This is the first time I had to ever send anything back to them but I can say they are on there A Game and within a week I had a replacement... I'm just the average Joe like anyone else and got nothing but AAAA++++ Service from them!!!!!
