Odd Finds for last week.

You have been finding a lot of odd items lately. Mixes it up! I like that. Love finding the unusual.

Thanks for your comments. I found these in different parks. Here in North Idaho live European,
and some Mexican, Oriental people. Also, being a Tourist area, many people visit here and that's
why one sometimes finds a variety of objects on the beach and in the ground.
I found these items with my 6"x8" SEF Coil.

Nice finds! I like finding those accidental finds. They can surprise you sometimes. Got a dime hit some years back. Cut a 6" plug and when I folded it back I saw a thin gold chain at the bottom of the hole :surprised: Ran my coil over the chain and never got a sound. The dime was clad. You just never know what you'll find!

RandyNorthridgeca,

I agree 100% with you. I wouldn't have found that small chain if I didn't have my quick mask on while
searching for another find just a few inches away because of my discrimination (Andy Sabisch) set-up pattern.
This has also happened to me more than once while digging for one find and discovering a better find in the same
hole. Yesterday, I had a mixed 12-36 to 12-46 signals and found 1 quarter, 2 dimes and 3 pennies in one hole.

banditicey,

No, I don't know what the chain is made of, but I can tell you it's not silver and obviously not gold.
It's probably one of the cheaper metals ( copper, iron ?) with a thin layer of silver coating. Just a guess. Maybe one
of our forum members could answer your question. The ferrous and conductive numbers are strange
and that's why I wouldn't normally find this neck-less using discrimination. I got lucky.

interesting and NICE :spin:
congrats
