I know you have them as the T2 is an awesome machine..

hahahahahahahahhah Funny !

Haven't been out as much as I would like to with my new T2, but I have found a few nice pieces since I bought it.

Three 14K gold pins
Pocket Watch
Couple Mercury dimes
Various Wheaties

Those all came from a yard I hunted a lot with a Minelab X-Terra 705 (with 9 and 10.5" coils), ACE 250, and Fisher F2. The T2 hit hard on those items even with it's 11" coil. Very happy with it's performance in bad iron.

Msg from yesterday wouldn't allow pic due to size........thus.....a blank post...........found this in a tiny 10' x 20' area of parking strip that has been worked over by E-Tracs & V3's. Was using the awesome 5" DD T2 coil. Signal was a little questionable......but I went for it. The pic is a bit fuzzy. Dime has full Liberty in headband and full headband scroll lines. It grades as a EF-40. It's a 1916-S.

Thats a sweet find !!

My finds rate has dropped due to the arable land all grown crops and here in the UK grass land is VERY dry you need a pick axe, even if you can get into the ground its impossible to replace the soil & grass in a neat fashion, so upsetting the landowner.

A lttle joke for you all . A couple were off out on a special meal,so the wife bought a special dress. Came down stairs for her husband to see, he said you look lovely. She replied does my bum look big in this his reply no dear but I would change your nickers why she said. he says they are all wrinkled she replied I am not wearing nickers.!!

I just picked up a like new, used ,standard T2 , Elton , hopefully when it arrives in a few days I'll be making some good finds with it .I have been debating getting one for a long time . I haven't heard any bad things about them and have been looking for something lighter than what I've been swinging .I had one of the earlier F-75's that had a few issues so I was a bit gunshy . I know you have had several makes of detectors over the years and it appears you have settled into the T2 quite comfortably .Hopefully , I will too .

One of the best detectors I have ever had the pleasure to swing...It just clicks for me like no other has.

Not suggesting I am an expert , but I do have experience with the T2..If you need to know anything that isn't evident to you and your vast skills just Pm me..The biggest thing is the sounds you will experience. You will hear targets you have never heard before with the T2. Many think it's chatter at first..or EMI.
at 50 discrminination you will get a little boost power..

Thanks Elton , I really appreciate your offer and will certainly take you up on it . No vast skills here just a lot of inconclusive expirimentation , shaky theory and bewilderment at this crazy hobby .
Just when I'm thinking I'm getting it down something comes along to confuse me again !! I'm going to be looking forward those targets I've never heard before because even though my local spots have been hunted a lot I know there's still some great stuff doing a good job of hiding .:detecting:
