Old Boy Scout Camp est. 1912

Got permission to get out on this old site yesterday. Within an hour we found the Old Lodge foundation, which apparently fell victim to arsonists in the late 50's. Found some real early wheat's, a compass or whats left of one "the brass case," a mouthpiece out of a trumpet, and a scout knife. And 3 early boyscout buttons. But no silver. Going to try to cover it good before Boy Scouts start showing up in June and I'm not allowed out there till this fall. Pictures to come.

We have an old Boy Scout camp not too far from here that has been giving up the goods for a lot of years, keep hunting that spot as long as you can. Looks like there will be a lot there to find.
