Old Slide Buckle

Went back in the woods today where we have been finding numerous items from many years. I found this heavy made buckle with great patina and in beautiful condition. Can anyone help date this buckle? It is 2 1/4 X 1 1/2 inches, and heavy brass with green patina. This area has plantation items, Revolutionary War, and Civil War items. Any help?
