The old settlers were giving them up again. The silver star hit silver quarter on the top and in the hole with the probe, I thought barber quarter for sure. :yikes:

I overheard a guy at my club mention that this park there were no more signals, lol!!! He was also throwing around a couple explorer digs, you can figure out what machine he runs.

I guess I should have gone with you this morning. Instead, I stayed home and played with my grandchildren that came in from LV. I went out yesterday by that old foundation I showed you and my future son-in-law found a British sixpence that is silver from 1893-to 1901. That was his first silver. Also found 5 wheats. Is that star silver? Is it old? PJ

PJ,

Don't worry, I will take you to the spot. There's plenty left to be found. Using Bryce's tip really helped. THANKS BRYCE!!!! :super:

The star is silver, the site would place it being lost in the early 1900's, but I can't be sure though. It was down deep hiding with the indians!!!

What's the Ring? Does it have anything on it? I really like that Silver Star you found! That's a find that will really look good in a Display Case. Congrats on the other nice finds and hope it continues for you. Good Luck and HH to you.
